Staff Suite, by VCG, is arguably the best staffing software on the market and is the backbone to our technological infrastructure.  ASP technology allows us to carry out virtually any staffing function from anywhere we can get internet access.  Our other major technological component is our web-based timekeeping system, Unitime.  Unitime interfaces directly with Staff Suite and features web-access, tremendous real-time reporting capabilities and biometric time clocks. The vast majority of our applicants now have high-speed internet access so we are already seeing a trend toward electronic communication and employee profile management. With the increased capabilities of mobile technologies and the advent of social media, we expect an increased reliance on technology in our employee and client relationships.

Database Management

A database is only as good as a staffing firm's ability to utilize it. Staff Suite gives us the ability to parse data and query searches based on countless criteria, thus ensuring efficient and effective access to prospective employees who possess requisite skills or assignment preferences.

Time Keeping Interface

Premier clients have two options with regard to time keeping systems. They will either utilize their time keeping system to clock employee time, then give us a report weekly, or we can install Unitime clocks or computer terminals which will feed into our central time clock server. Unitime offers numerous real-time reporting options for our clients and the option of biometric interface.

Payroll Data Management

Staff Suite can directly upload time keeping data from Unitime and most other major time keeping systems. The system is then automated to create invoices and/or payroll checks directly from this data.

Online Requisition

Our premier clients enjoy the benefits of Onin Access. Through this access portal on our website, your authorized agents can place orders, check on the status of orders, view invoices and run reports. Onin Access is one of the ways that we streamline the ordering process for our clients who utilize us as a manager of affiliate vendors. Your managers can log in and place orders from anywhere in the world; the order is then distributed to local vendors for fulfillment and the status is managed by your Onin support team.
