Our skilled trades search group is comprised of technical recruiters embedded in each staffing region across the country. These recruiters have geographical areas of focus but have also built an internal referral and relocation network giving us the capacity to source candidates locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Optimally, it is our goal to source an ideal candidate with the matching experience for skilled positions. In cases where budget limitations or a general lack of a particular skill set in the marketplace inhibit the recruiting of employees with pre-existing skills, we have successfully worked with our clients to set up trainee programs. We work with you to put the program together and then recruit talented, driven people who can develop the skills necessary to fill key skilled positions.
